CIPP Evaluation Model: Online In-service Teachers Training Program Conducted at English Language Education Study Program of Bengkulu University

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of teacher professional education program for teachers in positions that are carried out online at Faculty Education and Teacher Training University Bengkulu. research was conducted from September November 2022 as a qualitative descriptive study. The instruments used were documentation, interviews, questionnaires. Interviews with lecturers, PPG students, tutors, school/madrasah policyholders. questionnaire is see student or participant responses learning process. CIPP evaluation model focuses on evaluating context, inputs, processes, products. Sources data obtained managers, supervisors, principals, monitoring (monev) results. analysis technique by interpreting each evaluated aspect, then compared predetermined criteria. Viewed context FKIP UNIB under Standard Operating Procedures organizer activities. From an input perspective, supported adequate human resources. All lecturers involved, educational staff, students guidelines. In process has activities following SOP. evidenced all stages structured well-organized manner so starting preparation processes go well. well-patterned have impact products produced. Referring high passing percentage participants achieving proves success implementing program. Other successes been accredited Superior.
